Shipping:

 

I ship first class mail, and USPS estimates domestic packages will arrive within 2-5 business days of the date shipped.

Expedited shipping:
~ I offer USPS Priority Mail which ships in 2 days to most of the U.S. and includes insurance up to $100

Once a package has been handed over to the post office, I am no longer responsible for lost or damaged packages, so I strongly encourage customers to purchase insurance or the Priority Mail option which includes insurance up to $100. If you would like to purchase insurance please message me before checkout, so I can add that to the cost of shipping.

International shipping:

Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all fees and taxes incurred in shipping.

Canada -
USPS estimates packages will be delivered in 5-10 days, and now USPS has delivery confirmation to Canada!

Everywhere else-
I ship First Class International Mail. USPS does not post-delivery estimated times for this service on their website, so I am estimating 3-5 weeks.

In cases of packages returned as undeliverables, the buyer will be invoiced for the shipping cost of the package to be sent again.
 

 

Refunds and Exchanges:

 

Returns can be made within 14 days after your order has been dispatched.

All returned items should be wrapped and well packaged so that the packaging is not damaged. Return all items with original packaging and the tags must still be attached.  No exchange & refund on marked down items.
